Terms of Service and User Agreement

Contract terms for using AI Email Control and related subscription services.

1. Scope

These terms govern access to and use of AI Email Control by registered users.

By creating an account, the user accepts these terms, the privacy policy, cookie policy, and distance sales agreement.

2. Service Definition

AI Email Control provides a unified workspace for managing multiple connected inboxes, applying user-defined rules, and receiving AI-assisted recommendations.

The service can include free and paid plans, with features and limits defined in the active package.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for account credentials, lawful use of integrated mailbox data, and the final execution of actions on connected mail accounts.

The user must not use the service for unauthorized data access, harmful distribution, abuse, or unlawful communications.

4. AI Assistance and Liability Disclaimer

AI-assisted outputs are recommendations, confidence estimates, and workflow suggestions; they are not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or legally sufficient.

Final review, execution approval, and legal/commercial consequences of mailbox actions always remain with the user.

The platform and operator are not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from user-approved or automatically enabled AI/rule decisions, except where liability cannot be limited by mandatory law.

Users must verify critical communications before deletion, spam marking, or irreversible actions.
Users are responsible for configuring automation rules and monitoring action logs.
AI models may classify content incorrectly, including false positives/negatives.

5. Suspension and Termination

Accounts may be suspended for security, abuse, non-payment, or legal compliance reasons.

Users may request termination and data deletion according to the privacy policy.

6. Dispute and Governing Law

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.

Consumer dispute channels and authorized bodies remain available where applicable.
